1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and to the purchase of the products offered on it.
1.2 Definitions and rules of interpretation appear in Section 24.

2. Consent
2.1 You represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person aged at least 18; (b) you are authorised to enter into a legally binding contract with us; (c) no applicable law or contract prevents you from entering into such a contract.
2.2 We reserve the right to request written proof of your capacity to accept these terms.
2.3 You confirm that you have not been banned from using the website or purchasing our products.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse access to the site where we consider it necessary or appropriate.
2.5 Placing an order means that: (a) you have read and fully accepted these terms; (b) you are making us an offer to purchase; (c) order confirmation rests exclusively on these terms; (d) you agree to comply with them.
2.6 If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the site or purchase our products.
2.7 By using our site or purchasing our products, you accept our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use policy (see Section 12).
2.8 We recommend keeping a copy of these terms.

3. Personal use
You confirm that you use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in your own name.

4. Prices
4.1 Prices shown on our site include delivery but exclude taxes, customs duties or similar charges ("delivered duty unpaid").
4.2 The buyer is responsible for all import charges (including customs and taxes). Goods may be shipped from outside the United Kingdom and may be subject to additional charges. Please contact our customer service to confirm whether any charges apply.
4.3 If a pricing error occurs, you will be informed and invited to re-order at the correct price or to cancel.
4.4 We are not obliged to honour an order placed at an incorrect price (even after confirmation).
4.5 Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

5. Orders
5.1 Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, you will be informed and refunded.
5.2 A contract is only formed after our written order confirmation.
5.3 Partial deliveries may occur.
5.4 We may withdraw products or content from the site.
5.5 We may refuse or cancel an order at any time.
5.6 If cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.

6. Payment
6.1 Payment may be made via the methods offered on our site.
6.2 Promotional codes may be used at checkout.
6.3 Payment data may be shared with our providers.
6.4 We are not a regulated financial provider and are not responsible for our providers' errors.
6.5 You confirm that: (a) the payment method belongs to you; (b) you are authorised to use any promotional code; (c) you have sufficient funds.
6.6 We are not responsible for unauthorised use by third parties.
6.7 Chargebacks are not permitted.
6.8 You agree to indemnify us for any damage resulting from a chargeback.

7. Shipping
7.1 Delivery will be made to the address you provide.
7.2 An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.
7.3 We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control.
7.4 Delivery may be impossible to certain locations.
7.5 Risk passes to you on receipt.
7.6 If you are absent, a collection notice may be left.
7.7 If you refuse delivery, all return costs will be charged to you.
7.8 Shipping takes place 2 to 5 days after payment. Estimated times: 7–17 business days (max. 4 weeks).
7.9 All customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Cancellation / Change
8.1 You may cancel or change your order by email.
8.2 Products already shipped must be returned (see Section 10).
8.3 Refunds before receipt are only possible within 24 hours of the order, without prejudice to your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

9. Defects
9.1 Products are standard and not personalised.
9.2 Site information is provided without warranty beyond your statutory rights.
9.3 Images may differ from the actual product.
9.4 In the event of a defect, contact us by email with a photo.
9.5 Returns follow Section 10.
9.6 We will inspect items on receipt.
9.7 If the defect is confirmed, you will receive: (a) a replacement product; or (b) a refund including return costs.
9.8 If no defect is found, no refund will be granted, subject to your statutory rights.

10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 Our return policy forms part of these terms.
10.2 Return window: 30 days after receipt (your statutory cooling-off period is 14 days).
10.3 Return costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
10.4 Refunds are only issued after the product is received.
10.5 Items must be unused, in original packaging and with tags.
10.6 Processing times may vary.
10.7 You will receive a confirmation email after inspection.
10.8 Cancellation takes effect only when the returned product is received.
10.9 For items not received: a refund is possible after 16 weeks.

11. Promotional codes
11.1 Promo codes may be used at checkout.
11.2 One code per order.
11.3 Remaining amounts must be paid by another method.
11.4 Promo codes are not refunded in the event of a return.

12. Acceptable use
12.1 You must not use the site for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
12.2 You are responsible for any damage caused.
12.3 Report any suspicious activity.
12.4 Information provided must be accurate and lawful.
12.5 We may request identity verification.
12.6 You must comply with applicable laws.

13.1 Links to third-party sites are provided for information.
13.2 We are not responsible for their content.
13.3 You may link to our homepage in a fair and lawful manner.
13.4 Any unauthorised link is prohibited.

17.3 Our liability is limited to five times the product price or £800.
17.4 Claims must be made within one year.

17.6 Exceptions: death, personal injury, gross negligence, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be excluded under law.

21. Breach of terms

22. Termination

22.2 We may suspend or terminate access without notice.
22.3 Liability and indemnification clauses survive termination.

23. General provisions
23.1 You may not transfer your rights.
23.2 If a clause is invalid, the others remain valid.

24. Governing law
24.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
24.2 This does not remove any statutory protection you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
