If it is not right
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn and with its tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer; if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover it.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, then take 4 to 9 business days to reach you. Delivery is free across the United Kingdom and every order is tracked — follow it at Track your order. Where your order ships from, and how UK VAT and import charges work, is set out in our Shipping policy.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order across the United Kingdom. Standard shipping with tracking is included, along with insurance covering loss, theft or damage in transit.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and with tags attached, and return postage is paid by you. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover it. Full conditions are in our Refund policy.
How does Buy More, Save More work?
Add 2 items to your basket for 10% off, 3 items for 15% off, or 4 or more for 25% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
