Shipping policy
At Sophie Mayfair, delivery is free on every order across the United Kingdom, with tracking and insurance included as standard.
Delivery times — our process has two stages:
- Processing (24–48 hours): order confirmation, checks, quality control and packaging.
- Delivery (4 to 9 business days): the time your order takes to reach your address once dispatched.
Peak periods — during Christmas, New Year, Black Friday and similar busy periods, please allow 10 to 15 business days.
Shipping costs
- Standard tracked shipping: free on every order.
- Delivery insurance: included on every shipment, covering loss, theft or damage in transit.
Where your order ships from — Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner in China. This is why the delivery window above is 4 to 9 business days rather than next day.
UK VAT and import charges — UK VAT is included in the price you see at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any further import VAT or customs charges on delivery.
Tracking — you can follow your order at any time at Track your order.
If your order is late — if your order has not arrived within 21 days, you are entitled to a £6 refund as compensation. Contact us at info@sophiemayfair.com with your order number.
