Delivery times — Our delivery process has two main stages:

  1. Processing time (24–48 hours): Order confirmation, checks, quality control and packaging.
  2. Delivery time (approximately 5 to 9 business days): Time for your order to travel from our distribution centre to your address.

Peak / holiday season times:

  • United Kingdom: 10 to 15 business days
  • Note: delivery times do not account for possible delays due to customs or taxes. Times may also be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday or Valentine's Day.

Shipping costs — We offer the following option:

  • Standard shipping (with tracking): Free
  • Delivery insurance: Included on all shipments to guarantee the security of your order.

Delivery insurance policy — We ensure your parcels are handled with care and arrive safely. For extra protection, we include delivery insurance.

Policy details:

  • Coverage: Insurance covers loss, theft or damage during transit, up to the value declared at purchase.
  • Non-refundable: Once applied, the insurance is non-refundable regardless of the delivery outcome.
  • Claims: If there is a problem, contact our support at info@sophiemayfair.com within 7 days of receiving a damaged parcel, or within 14 days in the case of loss. Provide all necessary evidence, including photos and proof of value.
  • Exclusions: Insurance does not cover delays, indirect losses, or any pre-existing damage not caused during transit.
